"Beware of Sneaky Subscription Practices"
I posted a job and when I signed up, the plan indicated that charges would only apply when I had an active listing. After I wrapped up the recruiting process, I took the job down. Yet, I still got charged. They explained it was because I hadn’t archived the job. It’s pretty obvious I haven’t used the service in over a month, but they refuse to refund me since I didn’t address it for a couple of weeks. I’m fine with paying for a service I actually used, but I made every effort to remove the job from the site, and since I didn’t use the service, I think it’s just wrong to charge me for this clear mix-up.

"Issues with Job Application at Dangote Cement"
Hey there, I've been attempting to apply for the Head of Learning and Development/Talent Management position at Dangote Cement in Obajana. However, after completing all the required fields, I can't get the 'submit application' button to work, which is preventing me from sending in my application. I really need some assistance with this, like, right away. Today's date is 22/1121.

"Fast and Helpful Assistance"
We've been using Workable for more than a year, and I hadn't needed to reach out to support until today. I thought I'd be stuck in a long virtual line like on other sites, but this time I was at the front! Eleftheria was super nice and answered my questions in a way that was really easy to get. I'm quite impressed and glad to know that if I have any questions about their platform in the future, I'll get such friendly help. Great job, team :)

"Incredible software that's easy to use, plus top-notch support!"
For more than a year, we've been utilizing Workable, and it performs excellently for mid-sized businesses (around 250 staff). It's super easy to navigate and features a solid platform that rarely experiences downtime.
But the real treasure is the Customer Service: they respond quickly, and I appreciate working with the same representative consistently. He’s familiar with our past issues, which helps in building a good relationship. Highly recommend it!

"Too Focused on the USA :(- wording and..."
This platform is way too USA-centric :(- the wording and choices when it comes to advertising and such... It's not exactly user-friendly for inviting recruiters to job postings; you can only send invites one by one!!?! It would also be super helpful to have detailed guides for hiring managers and recruiters that clearly outline what they need to do, since I keep having to walk them through how to upload a candidate and all that.

"Transformed Me into a Top Hiring Manager!"
I've utilized Workable at a couple of different firms, and I can't recommend it enough! Since I was pretty clueless about recruitment and had never tried anything like this before, Workable really boosted my hiring abilities. Now, I feel like I've got a solid grip on how to find and bring the right folks onto my team. A big part of my success comes from their quick and helpful support team, plus the tool is super user-friendly, especially the People Search feature (we're on the Pro Plan).

"Reliable app, smooth process"
Reliable app featuring a straightforward, user-friendly process. This is a prime example of a SaaS application that flies under the radar since it simply functions well, allowing folks to carry on with their daily tasks. I really wish all the tools we use were as straightforward as Workable.
My sole gripe is that some of the pages or sections take a bit too long to load while sifting through candidates, but it’s not slow enough for me to think about switching to a different app.

"Functional but Needs Improvement"
Setting up workable at first was a bit tricky and kinda stressful. After we got it running, we had to familiarize ourselves with the app. It does what it’s supposed to do...but man, the user interface really needs a serious redesign. It’s not easy to navigate and definitely not user-friendly. A more tab-based design would be a big help. The software itself has its share of bugs and sometimes acts all sorts of random. Sure, we can handle our hiring through this tool, but it’s got a long way to go before it deserves a five-star review.

"This item just doesn't function as expected..."
This item just doesn't function as expected. The 'free' listings fail to go live, and the tech support is a total joke. I got Workable back in mid-September '17, and it was fine for the first month or so, but since then, it’s been a mess. Nobody seems to have a clue on how to fix this problem, and I've been reaching out to someone every single day. I'm losing my patience daily!

"Awesome tool with top-notch support"
Since hiring is a key element in managing a thriving business, keeping the process in check is super important. Handling a ton of applications needs a streamlined and user-friendly system to make sure both hiring managers and applicants have a fantastic experience, and Workable nails it.

"Absolutely Adore It!!!"
The helpful team has been incredibly supportive since I registered, right up to this morning when I had a brief inquiry. They respond fast, are keen to help, and are always available when you require assistance. The filtering option on their hiring platform is fantastic, and the dropdown menus make things a bit easier when you're stuck on what to express, since they've already anticipated your needs!

"Workable - the top flexible ATS for startups!"
After checking out the market and options, we decided to go with Workable. It's been super user-friendly, and their customer support is top-notch. There are plenty of ways to integrate the software into your site. The pricing is reasonable, and you can easily adjust your monthly plan as needed. Plus, they have a global customer base, making it a breeze to post jobs on the boards you require.

"Fantastic Support for Small Enterprises"
Initially, I had my doubts, but I decided to give the free trial a shot to see how the service worked. It was genuinely a no-cost trial. Unlike other platforms that require credit card info right away, this one didn’t. Before I knew it, resumes started pouring in. My inbox was packed with qualified candidates. Workable is super user-friendly, and I can reply to applicants in a flash. I definitely suggest it for small business folks like me.
